What information does we collect?
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
When you register for an event or purchase products or reports:

Logo Data
Higher Information Group’s website follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
What does the YCEA do with your information?
Internally, any financial information you provide via the event registration section of our Web site is only used for billing purposes related to the event for which you’ve registered. The Economic Alliance does not keep any credit card information on file manually or electronically.
The York County Economic Alliance retains the option to sell our membership list with your contact information (e.g., name, company name, company address, phone and fax) at any time to active members who are in good standing within the organization. Members may choose to opt out of this list by contacting the Member Services department at 717. 848.4000. We do not disclose members’ financial information.
The York County Economic Alliance updates our members via email publications. If at any time you want to opt out of receiving our emails, each publication includes instructions for doing so.
