The Role of GASP
The General Authority of South Central Pennsylvania (GASP) was created by the York County Commissioners in 1998 pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 to serve as a municipal financing authority for economic development and non-profit projects in South Central Pennsylvania. This seven member board is represented by the local business and banking community. GASP is authorized to issue bonds for eligible tax-exempt and taxable projects.
Monthly Meetings: 4th Monday (as business warrants)

Notice is hereby given that the General Authority of Southcentral Pennsylvania and the York County Hospital Authority meetings to be held July 27, 2020 will be held via remote video and phone conference; commencing at 12:00 p.m.

Public comments submitted in advance related to action before the General Authority and Hospital Authority will be heard during their respective meetings.
