The Role of GASP

The General Authority of South Central Pennsylvania (GASP) was created by the York County Commissioners in 1998 pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 to serve as a municipal financing authority for economic development and non-profit projects in South Central Pennsylvania. For more information or to inquire as to whether a monthly meeting will be held, please contact Jill Rexroth, 717.718.7849.

 

 

 

Meeting Schedule

This seven member board is represented by the local business and banking community. GASP is authorized to issue bonds for eligible tax-exempt and taxable projects.
