The Role of GASP
The General Authority of South Central Pennsylvania (GASP) was created by the York County Commissioners in 1998 pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 to serve as a municipal financing authority for economic development and non-profit projects in South Central Pennsylvania. This seven member board is represented by the local business and banking community. GASP is authorized to issue bonds for eligible tax-exempt and taxable projects.
Monthly Meetings: 4th Monday (as business warrants)

Notice is hereby given that the General Authority of Southcentral Pennsylvania will hold its remaining 2021 monthly board meetings both in-person and virtually via Zoom, on the fourth Monday of each month at noon, except they will meet December 13, 2021. In addition, the General Authority of Southcentral Pennsylvania will meet at noon, on the second Monday of each month, September-November, as needed.
